At Global Moto Tours, we’re stoked to get you on the road, but we know plans can change. Our refund policy is straightforward and fair, reflecting the commitments we make to ensure your tour runs smoothly.
Here’s how it works:
  • Cancellations 90+ Days Before Tour Start Date: If you cancel more than 90 days before the tour begins, we’ll refund 100% of what you’ve paid, minus a small processing fee (e.g., 5% of the total tour cost or a flat $100/Rs.10,000, whichever is lower). This covers admin costs and keeps things simple.

  • Cancellations 60–89 Days Before Tour Start Date: Cancel between 60 and 89 days out, and we’ll refund 50% of your total payment. At this point, we’ve likely secured bikes and accommodations, so this helps us cover those non-refundable deposits.

  • Cancellations Less Than 60 Days Before Tour Start Date: Unfortunately, no refunds are available if you cancel within 60 days of the tour. Everything’s locked in, and we can’t recover those expenses. We’ll do our best to work with you, though—see below!

  • No-Shows or Early Departures: If you don’t show up or leave the tour early, we can’t offer a refund. The tour’s a group effort, and your spot is reserved just for you.

  • Tour Cancellations by Us: If we have to cancel the tour (e.g., due to weather, safety, or not enough riders—say, fewer than 4 confirmed), you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked. Alternatively, we’ll offer you a spot on a future tour at no extra cost if that works better for you.

  • How to Cancel: Just let us know in writing (email’s fine!). We’ll confirm receipt and process your refund within 14 business days.

A Little Flexibility: Life’s unpredictable, so if something major comes up (like a medical emergency or visa denial), please reach out. We can’t promise a refund past the deadlines, but we could possibly offer a credit toward a future tour, minus any costs we’ve already sunk in. It’s case-by-case—so let’s talk!
