How many people will be riding with me?

Our tours usually roll with a cozy group of 6-8 riders. It’s the perfect size for good vibes, easy coordination, and making new friends on the road!

When do I need to book and pay?

Let’s lock it in early! Confirm your spot with a booking 120 days before the tour starts. Then, pay 50% of the total 75 days out, and settle the rest 45 days before we hit the road. This keeps everything smooth and stress-free.

How are the forex prices set?

We use the exchange rate from xe.com on the day you make your payment. It’s fair, transparent, and keeps things simple—no surprises here!

What’s included in the tour price?

Your tour price covers the ride itself, plus breakfast and lunch on riding days to keep you fueled up for the adventure! Hotels (3-star or B&Bs) are included too, based on twin-sharing—more on that below.

What’s this twin-sharing thing?

Prices are set for two people sharing a room unless we say otherwise. Pair up with a buddy, and you’re golden! If we can’t find you a roommate (or you’d rather go solo), there’s a single occupancy upcharge to cover the extra cost.

What’s NOT included in the price?

You’ll handle your own travel to the tour’s starting point, visas, and personal expenses (think souvenirs or that extra coffee). The tour price sticks to the ride and the essentials we’ve listed.

Do I need any special permits?

Yep, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is a must. It’s easy to get and ensures you’re good to ride legally wherever we go. No IDP, no ride—safety first!

What if I damage something?

We hate to bring it up, but any damage to the motorcycle or gear during the tour is on you. Ride smart, and we’ll all be smiling at the finish line!

Can I choose my motorcycle?

Prices are quoted for specific bikes (or something comparable). Want an upgrade? Let us know early, and we’ll hook you up if it’s available—first come, first served! It's possible most destinations, but at some (like say Vietnam), overall options are limited.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Life happens, we get it. Cancellations follow our standard policy: refunds depend on how far out you let us know. Please check the fine print when you book, but we’ll always work with you to keep it fair.
